Company History
Back in 2000, with just an idea and a second-hand pickup truck, Gumpher Electrical Service was born. With a lot of demanding work and long days, co-owners Lori and David Gumpher Sr established a reputation for quality work and quickly grew the business. In 2003, they purchased their first storage building on Grandview Avenue in North Braddock. In 2008, they incorporated their business as Gumpher Electrical Service.
Today, the business is headquartered at 99 Center Street, East Pittsburgh, in a 6,500-square-foot facility that they purchased and renovated. Lori and David remain involved in day-to-day operations and proudly manage a team of professional technicians, estimators, and office staff. They are confident that their business will continue to evolve and thrive into the next generation.
