This critical infrastructure supports a state-of-the-art communication network that will enhance passenger safety, operational efficiency, and overall connectivity throughout the new terminal.

Summary: Gumpher Electric partnered with ARCO International on “Frank Fuhrer Warehouse,” a 330,000 sq. ft. cold storage warehouse and 8,000 sq. ft. maintenance facility for owner Frank Fuhrer. The design-build project featured a 4,000A, 480V electrical service to support extensive refrigeration and process systems, as well as complete power, lighting, and fire alarm installations. With additional office fit-outs, site lighting, and infrastructure for truck operations, the project expanded the client’s cold storage capacity and operational efficiency for large-scale distribution.

Summary: Gumpher Electric partnered with Rycon Construction on the Café Conmigo Airside and Landside café locations at Pittsburgh International Airport. Together, these projects showcase the brand’s expansion and commitment to high-quality design within the airport’s growing retail footprint. Gumpher’s scope includes complete power distribution, lighting, and receptacle installations as shown on the contract drawings. Each location features a 225A electrical panel—incorporating a 100-foot feed allowance for the Airside café and connection to an owner-provided disconnect at the Landside site. Coordinating closely with Moss Architects and CGL Engineering, the team delivered efficient, code-compliant electrical systems that support both the architectural vision and operational needs of these vibrant hospitality spaces.

Summary:  Gumpher Electric partnered with Arco International on the new 147,000 sq. ft. Distribution facility for Sysco. The design-build project included underground service installation, a complete fire alarm system, office fit-out, cool temperature lighting for refrigerated areas, dock control equipment, vehicle charging stations, and emergency lighting throughout the warehouse. The completed work helped Sysco expand its regional distribution capabilities, improve energy efficiency, and support faster, safer operations for one of the nation’s leading food suppliers.
